The project addressed the needs of creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses aiming to design, sell, and scale custom products online.

Challenges
Opportunities Identified
Design Process.
1. Research & Discovery
  • Stakeholder Interviews: In-depth discussions with leadership to align on conversion and perception goals.
  • Competitive Analysis: Benchmarked against top industry players; assembled mood boards for trend inspiration.
  • Analytics Audit: Assessed key metrics such as:
    • Bounce rate: 62%
    • Conversion rate: 4.5%
    • High mobile drop-offs
2. Design Strategy
  • Hero Section Revamp: Crystal-clear, specific messaging “Create/Sell Custom Products Online” targeted at creators and SMBs.
  • Clear CTAs: Strategic placement of call-to-actions, e.g., “Create Now,” “Start Selling,” guiding users to convert.
  • Trust Features: Integration of testimonials, real-time user numbers (“10,000+ creators”), and transparent benefit breakdowns.
  • Interactive Tools: Introduction of a profit calculator to empower and engage users.
Visual Execution.
  • Clean layout with ample white space and consistent typography
  • Icons, product visuals, and videos used to break down complex flows
  • Dynamic sections for real-time statistics (e.g. “10,000+ creators onboard”)
  • Highlighted platform integrations (Shopify, Etsy, Order Desk)
Wireframing.
After setting the IA, I created low-fidelity wireframes in Figma and Sketch to visualize the app’s structure. These wireframes covered key screens, focusing on functionality to allow easy product selection, customization, and real-time design previews.
High Fidelity Screens.
With all my research findings, Insights and data points I started working on UI design for this project. First I designed responsive mobile application so that I can scale it to web.
Results & Impact.
  • 🔻 Bounce Rate decreased significantly from ~62% (specific % not listed)
  • 📈 Conversion Rate increased above 5% (improved significantly post-launch)
  • 📱 Mobile Engagement drastically improved with optimized navigation and responsive layout
  • 👍 User Feedback was positive, with users appreciating the clarity, tools, and ease of navigation
