Problem.
Managing thousands of businesses, products, and transactions requires a robust admin panel. The challenge was to empower admins to maintain order, ensure compliance, and support users without overwhelming complexity.
Goal.
  • Provide admins with a central control hub.
  • Enable visibility into users, products, orders, posts, and campaigns.
  • Simplify day-to-day monitoring and intervention.
Process.
  • Identified key admin roles: User Management, Content Moderation, Coupon/Offer Setup, Analytics.
  • Created a tabular UI system for data-heavy pages (Users, Orders, Offers).
  • Designed scalable modules for permissions, reporting, and notifications.
Design Highlights.
  • Manage Users: Roles, permissions, verification, and status updates.
  • Content Oversight: Post approvals, ad reviews, and fraud detection.
  • Offer & Coupon Management: Input fields for flexible setup (discounts, expiry, usage limits).
  • Analytics Dashboard: Reports on leads, quotes, orders, and ad performance.
  • Notification Control: Configurable templates for system messages.
