Users needed a seamless digital experience to discover products, engage with businesses, and transact on-the-go. The challenge was to design a platform that blends social networking features with B2B marketplace workflows.

  • Deliver a mobile-first PWA and iOS app to ensure accessibility across devices.

  • Mapped Buyer and Guest Journey Maps to understand pain points.
  • Prototyped core flows: Registration → Feed → Product Discovery → Orders → Messaging.
  • Iterated UI with a LinkedIn × Marketplace hybrid approach for familiarity.

  • SureFeed Homepage: Social + commerce feed with UGC posts, product showcases, and CTAs (“Request Quote”).
  • Global Search & Filters: AI-powered suggestions and predictive search.
  • Network Features: Suggested connections, profile completion prompts.
  • Mobile-first patterns: Story-style categories, bottom nav for iOS.
  • Engagement tools: Likes, comments, shares, post promotions.
